Item isn't what you wanted or expected? Doesn't fit or feel the way you hoped? Simply return your gear for any reason within 60 days for a refund. Your experience is our #1 priority and we want you to love your new gear. To receive a full refund your returned product must be new, unused, and with tags and packaging included. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns that have been worn, washed, or in any way used.

Dildos, Inflatables, and Insertable Toys are only refunded if returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
